My Nordstrom wish-list.

Well, folks, its that time of year again..

time for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

Conveniently, I will be home 2 days before it starts, which is perfect (fate, perhaps?), because there isn't a Nordstrom near me unless I want to drive 3 hours up to the Chicago-area.

Let's just say I'm more than excited.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite stores, and Fall is my favorite season for both the weather AND especially for fashion. I live for boots, jackets, skinnies... everything. None of this shorts nonsense going on right now. The Nordstrom sale has also become a fun tradition for my mom and sister. We've picked out our "Christmas presents" for the past 3 years, usually in the form of delicious boots. Our mom would rather get us something at a really great deal ahead of time and something she knows we'll get a lot of use out of. My boots definitely got a workout all fall and winter, especially since I'm in the Midwest now! It's really fun, too, because we'll scout out stuff at home in Salem and then make a whole mother-daughter-sister outing out of it and shop til we drop in Portland! This year I wasn't sure if I 'd be able to go because I didn't know when I was coming home for awhile, and my sister now lives in Idaho, but fate really stepped in, and my sis and bro-in-law decided to visit for a couple of weeks the same time I'm going to be home! We didn't even discuss when we were both going home either! It really worked out :) I'm a happy girl, and can't wait to spend some time shopping with my sissy and mama!

There ya have it, the things I wish I could buy and probably won't be able to (well, especially not all of them!), but will love to go and look at in person! I know, I'm a little obsessive about these things. If anything, I'm hoping to splurge on myself and get that Kate Spade bag. If I "need" anything, I need a black bag, and that one is PERFECT. Did you see the polka dot lining??? Amazing.
